An enquiry comes first.

Choosing a specification or opening WhatsApp does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment. Pan Inc confirms the final specification, total, expected timing, collection arrangements and deposit in writing.

The current public notice describes a 50% deposit after details are accepted, with the balance before collection. Confirm the current terms directly before paying.

Collection by appointment.

Collection is arranged with the workshop in Walmer, Gqeberha. Instrument courier dispatch is currently unavailable. Do not ship an instrument for repairs without written authorisation and transport instructions.

Warranty and cancellation.

Pan Inc’s public customer terms are currently under review. Ask for the applicable warranty, cancellation and return information in writing before confirming an order. This website does not create a new warranty or substitute final customer terms.

Your information and choices.

The builder and enquiry composer keep your selections in the current page session. The 3D studio automatically saves your layout’s notes, tuning and finish in this browser and restores them on your next visit. You can remove that saved layout by clearing this website’s browser data. Opening the workshop form passes your current brief to Zoho Forms, where you can review it and add your contact details. Submit the form when you are ready to send your enquiry to Pan Inc. This does not place an order or take payment. Your animation preference is saved on this device. A WhatsApp link opens a separate draft; you decide whether to send it.

The website guide answers common questions from this site. Your questions stay on the current page and are cleared when you leave or reload it. They are not sent to the workshop. Use the contact page when you need a personal reply.

The private composer studio saves performances and score settings to the owner’s signed-in library. Saving a piece does not publish it. The owner chooses when to export or share their music.

Video players load from YouTube only after you choose to open a recording. Zoho Forms, WhatsApp and YouTube apply their own privacy terms. Basic hosting access controls and service logs are handled by the hosting provider.

Prices and recorded examples.

Prices are published starting points or indicative item prices. Custom specifications, stock and final totals are confirmed by the maker. Recording examples may feature earlier instruments; request a current example of the range and scale you want.
